Winter was a bear, so I was really looking forward to this summer. Now, I can't wait for it to be over. I had to pull all the horses off their pastures and feed hay. Good thing we brought in an extra trailer of hay last fall. The downpour we finally got this morning is promising, but we'll see. It's supposed to be in the high 90s for the rest of the week, so we'll be filling water troughs more than once a day. You can tell I'm a country girl. My horses mean everything to me. My stable is my happy place. And, weather is everything around here. It's the first thing I check in the morning and the last thing I check at night so I know what we'll be up against the following day. Would 72 and a little rain each day be asking for too much?
I love your style! Thanks for the many freebies you have offered over time. Boo is darling, my cat loves the dripping water, same problem!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the beautiful kits! I love the lacy maple leaves.
ReplyDeleteThank you for this amazing freebie, sorry the two freebies and a big hug for Boo!! I love your storys!! :)
ReplyDeleteApparently you need to move to Michigan with your horses. We've had an unusually cool summer, and it seems like we've been getting at least a bit of rain much more frequently than usual this year.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for the wonderful contribution to the train blog!
ReplyDeleteThank you very much for these two awesome freebies !
ReplyDeleteThank you for these! I always love your contribution, and those mandala leaves are so fun!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the lovely kits. Cats are so clever, well done to Boo - but tidy up after? Too much x
ReplyDeleteTotally in love with your lacy fall leaves! We have had little rain also. Always a worry when you're trying to feed animals you love. We have Holstein cows. I can tell you Boo would learn to turn it on just to get a rise out of Mama. LOL! I can see it now. Thanks, Di!
ReplyDeleteI love your sweet birdie. I bet Boo would like him too!
ReplyDeleteThanks.
Thank you so much for the lovely kit and extras Di! I always enjoy seeing what you have for the blog trains. Thanks again for sharing! ♥♥♥
ReplyDeleteIt has been a weird summer here too. We either have way too much rain, or drought and the whole country is on fire.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for the beautiful kit!
