August 2026 Blog Train and Fan Freebie

I haven't done a Birthday theme for a long time, so I thought these colors would work out great.

The Boo Update --

Boo and Jake have been together long enough that everything was "normal" around here for the past several years.  Since Jack joined the family last summer, however, things have changed and we're now entering a NEW normal.  Jake and Jack get along fine, but I'm sure Boo wishes I'd get rid of both of them.  When he realized that wasn't going to happen, he started looking for his own solutions.  I walked into my office one day and there he was sleeping in an empty box. This is a whole new for him. When he's had his fill of the other two, he comes in here to sleep and no one bothers him.  Sometimes I wonder if he's dreaming about the days when he was the one and only cat in the house.  I love him dearly, but my gosh . . . what a spoiled brat :)

See you in September!

Just love hearing stories of your kitties. It takes time for adjustments to happen. I'm going through that with a small foster dog who is tormenting my other 3 dogs. But they are working it out. And thank you for your lovely freebies.

Poor Boo! He liked things the way they were. LOL So cute in his box - he fits perfectly. If I fits, I sits. ;) Thanks for the cute BT goodies and for sharing your sweet cat stories. xo

Thanks for the sweet BD kits, Di! At least Boo was only looking for peace & quiet, and not trouble. When our Grandpa takes his nap, he needs peace & quiet, too!

Oh, yes, when our oldest cat Apollo was joined by first Angus and then Chiquita, he was a little miffed. He would hide out with me in the bedroom when he was needing a little quiet time. It's adorable, if a bit baffling sometimes.
Also, thanks so much for your contributions! Love them, as always!

Thank you so much for the cute kits. My daughter has 3 yorkies. The oldest is like that now that she has 3, he goes in another room and lays down away from the other two.
